AMSTERDAM, 17th July.
The Austrian Roichsrath reassembled on Tuesday. Sensational developments are expected in view of the economic situation.
The Czech delegates roused an uproar when Dr. yon Seidler (Premier) declared complete loyalty to the Dynasty and perfect co-operation with Germany. Ho said he was confident the Central Powers would bo able to force the Entente to accept peace.
