ASIATIC CHOLERA

WIDESPREAD IN RUSSIA.

STOCKHOLM, 15th July. A steamer from Petrograd has arrived here with five cases of Asiatic cholera aboard. One sufferer died. The authorities at Petrograd are making an effort to prevent the spread of the disease. Several hundred deaths occur daily. The greater part of Russia is in the grip of the disease.
