SUCCESSORS TO HINTZE AND MIRBACH.
COPENHAGEN, l4th July. The Vossische Zeitung states that Herr yon Ombussche, Foreign Undersecretary, will succeed Yon Hintze at Ohristiania. Herr Rosenberg, who was connected with the Brest-Litovsk negotiations, will succeed Yon Mirbach as Ambassador at Moscow.
