LONDON, 13th Julyi
Belfast kept holiday at the'week-end in honour of the great Orange festival. The celebrations were on pre-war lines for the first time during the' war. Rumours of a counter demonstration proved to be without foundation.- An enormous gathering gave an ovation to Sir Edward Carson, who supported, Lord Londonderry's resolution, asserting that the_ union was necessary for the security of the Empire. -."'■'■
