U-BOATS OFF AMERICA
WRECKAGE SEEN OFF, CAPE
HENRY.

NEW YORK, 12th July. A warning has been issWd to mariners that an unußual amount of wreckage was seen off Cape Henry on 3rd July and 6th July. The presence of the wreckage supports recent reports that, U-boats are again operating off the coast.
