PETROGRAD IN A STATE OF TURMOIL

LONDON; 12th June. The Morning Post's correspondent at Stockholm reports that Petrograd is in a state of turmoil. 'The Soviet is only supported by a dwindling number of Lettish soldiers. The population is dying of hunger, and smallpox and typhus are raging.
