M. KONOVALOFF'S MISSION.

M. Konovaloff, late Ruraian JEnister of Commerce in the Kerensky Cabinet, has arrived here on his way to Washington, London, and Paris. He is to make an effort to induce tho Allies to intervene in Siberia to prevent Russia passing utterly under German domination. (Received June 12, 3 p.m.) NEW YORK, 11th June. The United Preas correspondent at Washington states : Russian officials saythat with the arrival of M. Konovaloff, who was Vice-Premier under M. Kerensky, there will be a speedy decision, as to what action the Allies will take in Russia against Germany.' M. Konovaloff arrived at Seattle, and will probably see President Wilson.
