LONDON, 10th June.
Dr. Yon Payer, the German ViceChancellor, has outlined to a representative of the Nieue Freie Presse (Vienna) an ambitious scheme for the settlement of a political and economical union of Austria and Germany with Poland and the northern border states. Yon Payer hopes for the disappearance of the Customs frontier, and tho inclusion of the Balkan States, and even Turkey. A great feature of the project is similarity in the training, arming, equipment, and supply system of the . armies of the countries concerned.
