The Politiken's Stockholm correspondent advises that a great syndicate kis teen Jormed in Rusßia tinder Govern-' ment auspices to control the whole of the imports and exports, in order to-transfer from private interest to State interest all trade with foreign countries. Exports will be based on.the license system. 1 The syndicate comprises leading statesmen and financiers, and possesses great stores of metal, oil. and hemp. Branches are being established in America, England, Scandinavia, .and at Amsterdam..
