LODGE MEETING
At this week's meeting of Pioneer Lodge, No.' 1 11, the installation of officers for next quarter was performed by the lodge deputy as follows ; —Chief Templar, Bro. Warren; Vice Templar, Sis, Devereauxj fin, secretary, Sis. Richards, sen.; marshali, Bro. Winders; treasurer, Sis. Webb; chaplain, Sis. Elliott; guard, Bro. Eowe; sentinel, Bro. D. Smith; pianist, Bro. Smith; deputy pianist, Sis. Richards, jun.; registrar, Sis. Webb; secretary, Sis. Campion; "assistant sec., Bro. Trevethick. A new member was initiated, and the reports of retiring officers were most satisfactory, showing an exceptional increase of membership lately. The report of the Superintendent of Juvenile Work showed that-this important branch of the Order was making excellent progress. Bro. Smith stated that his committee's sugestion for the better advertising of Pioneer lodge, No. 11,' was well under way, and it is hoped the council will permit the proposal to be put into effect in the near future.
