LOWER HUTT MAYORALTY
MR. E. P.i RISHWORTH UNOPPOSED
As there has been only one nomination—that of Mr. E. P. Riehworth—to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. H. Baldwin from the office of Mayor of Lower Hutt, Mr. Rishworth has been declared duly elected. An election will, however, be necessary to fill the vacancies caused by the resignations of Councillors Ward' and Clendon. The following candidates have been nominated: —Sidney Clendon, William B. Hardy, Charles B. Robinson, Henry A. Ward, and Albert J. West.
