THE AIM OF GERMAN, POLICY. Amsterdam, 11% March. A hint of Germany's policy in, the Near East, was given durmg a visit of Persian members of Parliament to Berlin. They were told that after breaking down the Russian barrier above Pefaia the. Germans hoped to breach the British wall to. the southward, and contribute to Persia's prosperity.
