Florence R. Robinson, represented by Mr. T. H. Gill, to-day sued John H. Hooper, for whom Mr. G. Hutchison appeared, for £21 4s, in respect to the rent of two furnished rooms. Judgment was given for plaintiff in the sum of £19 and costs. Tho plaintiff had taken possession of the rooms in the absence of the lessee without giving due' notice, and a counter-claim for damages and trespass was entered by him. Mr. W- G. Rjcl' dell, S.M., held that a technical breach had been committed, and found for defendant for 40s and costs.
