CAPACITY AHEAD OF DEMANDS,

There is a marked improvement in the shipping situation. The vessels at the seaboard have a carry&g capacity much greater than the goods awaiting transportation. The present problem is the further speeding-up of railroads and tho delivery o£ supplies to the seaboafd.
