The New Zealand Loan and' Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., report:— At Levin yards on Tuesday we offered to a. good attendance of buyers a failentry of sheep and cattle.. A good clearance' was made at the following prices :— Forward condition ewes, 25s 6d; store ewes, 13s Id; cull ewes, 6s 6d ; medium woolly lambs, 13s 2d; small lambs (shorn), 9s; fat cows, to £12; store cows, £3 10s to £5 ss; weaner steers, 36s to £5 7s; weaner heifers, £3; cows and calves, £7 18s 6d; Jersey bulls (potters), £9 to £12 2s 6d; 4 1-shear Eomney rams sold on account G. J. Strattoa at £9 9s.
