DUTCH PURSER ARRESTED
LOADED' WITH GERMAN-OWNED BONDS. (Received February 20, 10 a.m.}
v NEW YORK, 19th February. The authorities have arrested Johannes Werkhoveri, who is charged wi£h bringing Gemian-owned bond coupons to America for tha purpose of cashing them. Werkhoven is purser of a Dutch ship. The authorities allege that he cashed thr,ee million dollars worth of bonds. Werkhoven contends that the bonds! are owned by a Dutch subject.
