It announces that special accounts for war n&e'ds. had been op'oriod iii all the' Branches of the German banks iri • Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, China, and United States. "We authorise you to nde these accounts to an unlimited extent to destroy factories, military stores', food supplies, belonging to our enemies, stir up strikes, destroy ships carrying war materials to enemy countries, burn warehouses arid raw material for mftnufactiires, destroy electrical plant in factories. Special agents will bring you a list of persons willing to undertake de; structidn and sabotage/
