Sir Henry Bawlinson has been appointed British representative at Versailles in succession to Sir H. Wilson.
[JyJajor-General Sir Henry Seymouf Rawiinson was A.D.C. to Sir Frederick Roberts, Commander in Ohief in India in 1887. He served in the' Soudan Ca-m----paign as ti.A.A.G. to Lord Kitchener, and also in the Smith African War. He was also on active service in the .present war, in 1914-15, was twice mentioned in despatches, and was promoted MajorGeneral.]
