MEBTINa OF THE ASSOCIATION. Members of the Management Committee of the Wellington Cricket Association [ met last evening, Mr. C. P. Wilson prosiding. No action was taken in the case of a member of tlie Wellington College team playing for Old Boys on a recent Saturday. It was stated that the boy v played in apparent, ignorance of the Association's rules! The Auckland Association wrote stating that' Auckland would play a return match at Wellington on Easter Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday. The matter of making arrangements, such as would provide a successful match, was left over until next week's meeting. It was decided to apply for permission to charge on the days on which the game is played, and an application for permission to charge on Ist and Bth Marcn neit is also to be made. With a vi&w to anrangintt a representative match between Hawkes Bay and Wellington, at Napier, about Easter, Mr. Jacobson, a member of the Hawkes Bay Association, waited upon the committee. Hia proposition was favourably received, and Mr. Jacobson was informed that a good. team could be sent, although it would not be Wellington's best. '. Further arrangements will be made nest week. .
