VELOURS TO BE MOST POPULAR Easily the most popular Hat for the coming season is the Velour. In style the model may be a Dress Hat or a Tailored Hat, but to bear the hall-mark of fashion it must be a Velour. Our display, therefore, features quite a wonderful range af this attractive^ headwear—some small and close-fitting and . others of medium size, embodying original style notions, in the trimmings.
