Admiral Lord Jellicoe, speaking at Kew, said he was not optimistic about tho British Grand Fleet getting a chance against the enemy for some time. "Many times I took the Grand Fleet to f Heligoland Bight, 'dragging our coat,' but the enemy never ' trod on pur tail. 1 •"
