Fischer, in the five-part Mutual feature, '"The Girl Who Couldn't Grow Up," excels all previous efforts, and the genuine comedy of the play keeps, onlookers in a constant simmer of laughter. In "The Tragic Circle," a powerful drama, the artists featured are the popular Harold Lockwood and May Allison. The supporting items include "Billy Van Deusen's Shadow," a comedy drama by the "Beauty" Company, and some inter-esting-views of the River Aisne in France.
