Unfortunately, owing to heavy rain, water found its jvay into the stokehole "and flooded furnaces, malting it impossible to use ovens. Owing to courtesy of Mr. Kellow, of NewZealand Automatic Bakeries, arrangements have been made with that Company for them to bako the bread required by us to-day. It will, however, not bo available for delivery until about 2 p.m., at which time we hope to Mart all our carts out on their usual.rounds. All Customers imay depend upon being called upon sometime to-day. Business will be returned, as usual on Monday, In connection with the flood water, wo wish to publicly acknowledgo the valuable services rendered by Superintendent Tait cmd Kfaff of City Fire Brigade, and the promptness with ■whioh they responded to our call for assistance early this morning.
