CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Mr. H. .Parata, the. National Government's candidate for the Southern Maori seat, has returned from a visit to Spring Creek and Kaikoura, where he was weU received and promised strong support. ' 'He was assuTed tjiat it was not necessary for Nhim to visit the Croixelles, Nelson, or the West Coast. The chief Maoris at Arahura have cent a telegram to Mr. Parata that he will get solid support there.
