/The Telegraph Department advised Shis morning that all telegraph lines befiween Blenheim and Christchurch on '[•the East Coast are interrupted, and the [only 1' communication that Wellington had [with Christchurch was one line on the sWest -Coast. Repairs are being effected a^-apeedily-as .possible.
