NEW BRITISH SHIPS
1,163,474 TONS BUILT IN 1917.
LONDON, 14th February,
Mr. Bonar Law stated that the Government had built 1,163.474 tons of new shipping during 1917, and had bought 170,000 tons abroad. British imports for the last quarter of 1917 were the 6ame as in the early part of the year.
