(Received February 16f'10 a.m.) WASHINGTON, 15th February. The second largest " Urgent Deficiency Bill " in the history of the United States has been Teporte,d in tb.6 House of Representatives. It authorises 1107 million dollars to cover deficiencies for the year ending 30th June, and includes 579 millions for the military establishment and 49 millions for the naval establishment. . . , ■
