AMSTERDAM,' 14th February. The sincerity of Trotsky is now strongly suspected in Berlin. It is feared that he is training an army behind the lines. All the German newspapers note that Trotsky cancelled the order for the Russian demobilisation three hours after it was issued.
The Zeitung am Mittag declares thai the demobilisation is a sham. The main front ie breaking up, but the soldiers are re-forming in the interior, with a view to the constitution of an army of a million, which will probably embarrass Germany during the peace negotiations with the Allies. "\
