GREYMOUTH, This Day. A Large delegation representing all the local bodies on the-West Coast left here to-day to meet the Canterbury representatives at Arthur's Pass, who are on a visit of inspection to the Otira tunnel, which is within measurable distance of completion. The toui' will occupy several days. Increasing interest is being displayed by outside capital in the opening up of largo pastoral lands on the Coast, which are being rapidly taken up. Coastreared cattle arc bringing the highest prices on. the Canterbury markets.
