EXTENSIVE DAMAGE ALREADY DONE. (REUTERS TELEGRAM.) (Received January 28, 9 a.m.) . NEW YORfc, 27th January. German sympathisers have apparently launched a fire offensive on an extensive scale. Damage has been done in. many cities, aggregating a million sterling. Two Baltimore plants working on munitions.havOeen burned. Six persons were killed and many injured. An explosion, occurred in a torpedo works at Washington. .Two steamers in Atlantic ports are oh fire, President Wilson recently received an anOnymoHS warning that a nation-wide piot was in existence to destroy docks and war plants.

NEWPORT, 27th January. The torpedo manufactory explosion killed eight pooplo and 'injured seven.
