, MELBOURNE, 25th January,. In the House of Representatives the Federal Premier (Mr. W. M. Hughes), outlining the Government's programme", said hs proposed to consider tha whole question of industrial legislation. He had guaranteed producers 4s per bushel for the next harvest, which the Wheat Board was so far unable to Bell.
Mr. Hughes said he proposed to raise a loan of £40,000,000, but did not disclose What method would be adopted.
