SERIOUS DAMAGE DONE.
AMSTERDAM, 24th January. A message from Frankfort states that the sudden rising of the River Nahe has done damage to the extent of some millions of marks. The town of Sobernheim collapsed like a pack of cards. Floods have done considerable damage in various parts of Holland.
