PRISONERS IN TURKEY
x AGREEMENT TO EXCHANGE.
LONDON, 14th January. In the House of Commons Mr. J. P. Hope stated that an agreement had been reached with Turkey for an exchange of prisoners on an extensive scale, but it had not been ratified. He could not give details, but the agreement was more satisfactory than had been expected.
