Marcel Hutin, writing in the Echo de Pans, states that he believes th« Germans wjjl endeavour to exert pressure on the Jfranco-British front generally, but the real offensive will be on the two wings., the'first'from'St. Mihiel to the Swiss frontier, the second from Armentierea to the sea. Tho strategic plan is to toke advantage of the St. Millie] spur, and so to manoeuvre the two wings as to bring about a general descent upon Paris,' This is Yon Ludendorft"s dream, to impose peace before the Americana get to work. ■■-.■■■•■■■■■,.
