The annual value of the new war pensions granted during the month of October amounted to no less than £69 16s 8d Pensions were granted to fifteen; soldiers, and 763 allowances were made;'l69 pensions were granted to dependents, and 13 allowances. The gross annual values of pensions granted up to the end of lost, month amount to £652,115. /
