AN UNPAID JUDGMENT
A. W. SCHAEF MADE BANKRUPT.
In Chambers, in the Supreme Court this morning, before Mr. Justice Hosking, Mr. T. Young made application for an order adjudging Arthur Waldema-r Schaef a bankrupt. The grounds for the application were that Schaef has not yet paid the amount of the judgment against him' in the recent case of Dayey v. Schaef. Mr. T. M. Wilford, who appeared for Schaef, did not oppose the application, and an order for bankruptoy was made accordingly.
