Admiralty, per wireless Press. — A German official report states : The artillery battle is of -great violence on the coast, and between the- Houthoulst Wood (seven miles north of Ypres) and Westhoek; and also at Lens and St. Quentin, and on several sectors of the Aisne front, the Champagne, and the Verdun Region.
