PACIFIST MEETING AT BUDAPEST
RESOLUTION IN FAVOUR OP PEACE.
BERNE, 24th September, A wireless message states that the Cardinal Archbishop of Budapest presided at a pacifist meeting there to-day. Herr Erzberger (Leader of .the German Centre Party) was the principal speaker. Count Karoiyi and other Hungarian politicians were present.
The meeting passed a resolution in favour of a peace on the basis oi the Papal Note.
