NEW (MAOMAHON'S) THEATRE.
Saturday saw the firstproduction at MaoMahon's Theatre of "The Mediator," a five-act Western drama, featuring George Walsh, "the man with a punch," who wiU be well-remembered for his part in "The Beast." The story is full of sensation, and its development is exceptionally rapid. There is plenty of fighting, both fistic and ■with guns, a stage hold-up, and an abduction, to illustrate the serious processes of lovemaking. A good supporting programme is also being shown.
