BOISTEROUS WEATHER
Squally, weather, with scattered rain, has held sway in Wellington to-day, and gales are reported in several parts of the country. The glass is still .very high, in the North, and is only about normal in the South. The outlook at the present moment ie far from promising. Northerly winds are forecasted in the North and heavy westerly gales about Cook Strait. Boisterous weather, with heavy showers, are predicted everywhere, although the conditions are likely to continue squally and changeable for a short time on the Ea6t Coast.
