LUXBURG GONE TO MEXICO.

The Swedish Charge d'Affaires, M. Anderberg, declares that he never received instructions to transmit German messages. Cronhelm (the Swedish Charge d'Affaires in Mexico, recommended for a German decoration, for services to Germany) cannot be reached, and Anderberg professes ignorance of hi 3 whereabouts.
