GERMAN NOTE TO SWEDEN

STOCKHOLM, 17th September. Germany has sent a. Note to Sweden expressing regret at the disagreeable issues raised as the result of the Swedish Foreign Office transmitting telegrams, and expressing regret at Buenos Aires having sent such telegrams. The Note points out that the Swedish Government did not know the contents of the messages.' ". .■ The German Government has now instructed all it« representatives in foreign countries to refuae any attempt to force them to reveal to Sweden the contents of code telegrams which they may transmit;
