LESS THAN A MILLION, S AND MOSTLY BOYS

Mr. Frank H; Simonds, writing to the New, York Tribune, examines the latest war statistics, and says : "Germany confronts certainly a fourth year of vox with a reserve of less than a million, mainly composed of boys. Mr. Simonds/believes that Germany will exhaust her last reserves before September, 1918, and then will be forced to choose between shortening her lines or courting disaster. y
