KILLED BY A TRAMCAR
(8T TELBORAPH.—rRBSS ASS9CUTI9S.) DUNEDIN, 13th September. An elderly ma.ii, who has not been identified, was killed on the Roslyn tram-line to-night: The man walked in front of a car, and though.the brakes were applied instantly, he. was knocked down and dragged under the wheels. Fully an hour elapsed before the body was released. The body' was badly mutilated and the head severed.
