KARORI TRAMS
At a late hour last night Councillor Frost moved a motion which lias been standing to bis name on the City Council order paper for several months. It was as follows: " That 'the Karon Borough Council be given three months' notice of the termination of their existing tramway agreement and arrangements thereunder with the City Council, and that' the City Engineer be instructed to draft the 1 terms of a freah agreement, ftSr submission to the Tramways Committee." There was no discussion, and the morion was lost on the casting vote of the' Mayor, who remarked that the City Engineer had enough to do.
