Kerensky.as saying tha-t Russia-a few days ago rejected a fresh peace offer from German}', and asks Dr. Michaelis for a prompt explanation. * The Vorvraerts adds : "Germany wants a general peace. The Reichstag resolution was marred by secret peace-offers, the refusaf of which were a moral defeat for Germany,"-
