KORNILOFF'S MESSAGE

LONDON, 19th August.
Reuters representative at British Headquarters reports that General Korniloff has telegraphed to Sir Douglas Haig that he is convinced that on the re-estab-lishment of strict discipline the Russian armies will devote all their powers at an early date to assist the effort of the Allies towards the attainment of their common objects.
