THIRD'GRADE.
Karon met V.M.C.A. at Duppa-street, and the game proved one of the best seen, this season. V.M.C.A. started by attacking very strongly, but the defence of the Karori backs was exceptionally good. The combination of the Karori team was also good, and they kept the play well down- the field for the rest of the game. The score on time stood at [4 to 1 in Karori's favour. Boys' Institute Old Boys (6) v. Wadestown (Q). FOURTH GRADE. Institute A defeated Island Bay by 4 goals to 2 after a very interesting and hard-fought game.
