Messrs. J. H. Bethune and Co. will sell on sth September, at 2.30 p.m., at thoir rooms, Featrmrtton-street, a seven-roomed house, No. 27, Kenwyn-terrace, and Messrs. Everest and Son's orchard and garden property, with produco store, situated on the Main-road, lower Hutt. The firm insert an amended list of properties for private sols. Messrs. C. W. Price and Co., Auctioneers, 60, Lambton-quay, will sell furniture at the rooms, at 1.30 p.m. on Monday. On Wedneuday, at 1 p.m., at the Fruit Exchange, Blair-street, Messrs. Griffiths and Co., Limited, will sell floweringshrubs, on behalf of a New Plymouth nurseryman. Messrs. E. Johnston and Co. will sell in their rooms, at 1 p.m., on Wednesday, fumed oak furniture. On Thursday they will sell at 91, Hobson-street, at 1.30 p.m., furniture, linoleum, etc. On 27th n.nd 28th August, at 11 a.m. each day, they will sel! jeweller's stock-in-trade. On Thursday, ai 10.30 a.m., at Shepherd's Arms Hotel, Tinakori-road, building material. Burke, at the farm, Gladstone-road, Levin, on 27th August <a.t 1 p.m., cows, heifers, etc., and farm implements.
