SUPREME COURT
THE CRIMINAL SESSIONS
This morning the criminal sessions of the Supreme Court were continued, Mr. Justice Hosting being on the Bench. The case taken was that of the retrial of a tailor named John Robert Nicolle, in whose case a jury failed to agree last week. 'Ho is charged with having' indecently assaulted children of tender years. Mr. V. R. Meredith conducted the case for the Crown, and the accused was again defended by Mr. ■H.: ■P. O'Leary. Mr. John Casey was foreman ■of the jury. ) :
